Here's a site that helps calculate calories burned. You enter your weight and how many minutes you did the exercise activity. They have about 60 activities to choose from!

Here's one that helps with food in restaurants. Most restaurants have nutritional info. on their websites (subwayrestaurant.com for example). But this site is helpful, too.
