I got SO excited on Wednesday with my 21 pounds, that I blew it. Live and learn. Yesterday, my husband and I ate everything in sight. He said, "At least we're eating healthy." Yes, at least. But, if I'm going to blow it, shouldn't it at least be something fattening and gooey and delicious?!?! NOT baked lays and rice cakes?!?! Sheesh.
So, today, my big number is only 329.8 19 pounds lost in 22 days, and I realize that's nothing to cry about, certainly, but I've got to get back on my good plan.
I've looked over my menus for the last week and have noticed that I'm flocking to the carbs that are low cal...yogurt, cereal, etc. So, I've GOT to get more fruits and veggies in...got to, got to, got to. AND, I've noticed that I eat my biggest meal (usually between 800 and 1200 calories) at night (including snacking). So, I'm going to aim for the "big meal" at lunchtime, and a small meal at night since I do nothing after dinner except sit on my big ol' booty.
We'll see how that goes. I'm not giving up, although I have realized...being fat and eating unhealthy is E-A-S-Y! Maybe that's why I was content for so long...
