This week, beginning Tuesday since I was summertime lazy on Monday, here's what I've eaten and what I've done for exercise.
TUESDAY, JUNE 2
breakfast - 2 packs of oatmeal (280 calories)
snack - 2 granola bars (250 calories)
lunch - Sonic grilled chicken wrap with no tomato or ranch dressing (260 calories)
dinner - Subway footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich (770 calories)
2 individual bags of baked Lays (380 calories)
exercise - none
**I waited WAY too long to eat dinner and I over ate because of that. I'm learning as I go.**
Calories Eaten = 1940 Calories Burned = 0
Total Calories = 1940
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3
breakfast - Slimfast (190)
lunch - Sonic grilled chicken wrap - no tomato or dressing (260)
Life Water (50)
dinner - Subway footlong - S.O.C.T. sandwich (770)
1 bag individual baked Lays (190)
salad (400)
exercise - 1 hour water aerobics (620 calories burned)
Calories eaten = 1860 Calories Burned = 620
Total Calories = 1240 (Go, me!)
THURSDAY, JUNE 4
breakfast - 2 packs of oatmeal (340)
tablespoon of ground flaxseed - HIGH in omega 3s (40)
banana (100)
lunch - Slimfast (180)
dinner - 1 cup steamed brown rice (170)
16 oz. Japanese Teriyaki chicken (810)
4 tbsp. soy sauce (40)
11:00 p.m. snack (I couldn't sleep because I was so hungry.) -
turkey wrap (wheat wrap - 80, 4 slices of turkey - 60, 1 slice cheese - 80, 1 tbsp mayo. - 45, 1 cup lettuce - 5) (310)
baked Lays - (190)
Total Calories eaten = 2300 Total Calories burned = 350
Total Calories = 1950
FRIDAY, JUNE 5 (I've had nothing but water today so far...I've only been awake about 2 hours. I'll return to edit this post later.)
Not bad for week 1! :)
